Organoleptic characteristics: pale yellow straw coloring, with slight light green reflections. Scent : fruity, fresh and delicate. Taste: dry, with a pleasant aftertaste.
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation arrives after mild pressure at a controlled temperature. Affinity is achieved in stainless steel containers and subsequently in bottles.
Gastronomy: Fish ,grilled vegetables, fresh cheeses and white meats.
