Organoleptic characteristics: pale straw yellow. Scent: fresh and fruity. Taste: dry and slightly fizzy.


Vinification: After mild pressing, alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C, affinity is completed in stainless steel.


Gastronomy: Aperitif, pizza’s of various types, fish dishes and vegetables.
