Organoleptic characteristics: Ruby red color with reflections of violet. Scent: a perfume of violets and raspberries. Taste: Slightly sparkling and full bodied.


Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel containers, emerged from 6 to 8 days. Affinity in stainless steel.


Gastronomy: cured and smoked meats, fish, rice dishes, pasta.
