Vinification: traditional fermentation in stainless steel containers for 12 to 15 days at a temperature Of 28-30°C. Affinity in stainless steel containers, then a brief period in bottles.
Gastronomy: Starters from the local territory, soups, Boiled meats and Fritto Misto, which is a typical local dish consisting of, various selection of different meats, vegetables and fruit then passed in flour and deep fried, giving it a slightly sweet and salty taste.
