Organoleptic characteristics: Intense ruby red color, fresh and fruity scent and with a pleasant and dry aftertaste.


Vinification: maceration obtained in 10 days at a temperature of 28°C, followed by fermentation. stored inside stainless steel containers, and for a brief period in bottles.


Gastronomy: white meats, cheeses, soups, smoked and cured meats, braised meats, stews.
