Organoleptic characteristics: pale yellow straw coloring, with light green reflections. Scent: fresh flowers and exotic fruits, with a slight aftertaste of such.
Vinification: After a mild pressure, the fermentation begin, and takes from 8 to 10 days at a controlled Temperature of 16-18°C, affinity is achieved in stainless steel containers and subsequently in bottles.
Gastronomy: savory fish dishes, salad’s and simply cooked white meats.
